Salt Therapy Treatment



SALT THERAPY TREATMENT AT HALO ROOM

I found `Halo Room’ on Facebook and decided to give it a try.  After some research and google on the internet on salt therapy, I come to understand that halotherapy is a 100% natural therapy that is going to heal your body from the inside out.  A specialized halogenerator grinds Pharmaceutical Grade Salt into micron particles into the air, whilst you sit and relax in a therapy room, you will inhale these tiny particles deep into your airways and lungs, and they will also land on your skin.  Salt therapy can help relieve the symptoms of skin, respiratory, and other lifestyle conditions like asthma, eczema, sinusitis, cold and flu, etc.

Halo Room is a Salt Therapy Specialist located in Damansara Perdana.  It has 2 units of family salt rooms and 1 unit of private salt room.  I booked the treatment for 3 people on 3rd January 2020. Of course, I wouldn’t go alone, so I dragged my husband and Ellisha to experience salt therapy with me.   The therapist, named Aivyn, has welcomed us with a warm bright smile. She was very kind and professional as she explained to us thoroughly the procedures of the treatment and the positive side effects that we might experience afterward (runny nose, flu, etc).  After the consultation session, she took us to a Family Room, which consists of a flat-screen television, a few comfortable recliners, and also some toys for small children to play with during the session.  The room’s floor was filled with fine salt, and although it was mainly for aesthetic purposes, but the feel of salt against your feet can be quite lovely. It was a 45 minutes session.  We sat back and relaxed throughout the therapy session.   








After the 45 minutes session, Aivy gave us a mini-tour around the Halo Room. She showed us other 2 treatment rooms that were quite similar to the one we went in. 





All 3 of us enjoyed our therapy session. I was told that I should do a few more therapy treatments to achieve positive results in the long run. I will definitely come back again in the future and will give my review on my results after the therapy treatments are over!

STAYCATION AT I-CITY RESIDENCE Every time I plan on taking my mom for a holiday, I will make sure that the road trip will take no longer than 2 hours. AIR SUPPLY LIVE AT ARENA OF STARS, RESORT WORLD GENTING HIGHLAND We had a family day earlier in Janda Baik from 14 th -15 th December 2019 which I have posted earlier.  After we checked out from Janda Baik on 15 th December 2019, we went straight to Genting Highland, which was only about 10min drive from Janda Baik. Air Supply concert was on the night itself at 8.30 pm.
